Development update #1:

We are pleased to announce Reef Angel expansions are now supported by the REEFfmate.

What does it mean? Firstly, it means existing Reef Angel owners can replace its brain by a REEFmate and give their controllers a modern face, natively connected to the web and the Internet of Things (IoT), via an easy to use software, which is the REEFmate.
Secondly, it means we can focus on developing software without getting distracted with the hardware side, which translates to faster development and better quality application.

The Reef Angel is a popular Open Source Aquarium Controller, which has been on the market for a long time and proved to be reliable, mature and provide great support. On the flip side, not many people have the skills necessary to code for the Reef Angel brain (Arduino based). We aim to close this gap.

By pairing REEFmate software with Reef angel hardware, you will be able to use our nodes based application to control devices like: leak detector, relay boards and relay extensions, salinity + ORP + pH extensions, 12V power extensions and pretty much every extension in the Reef Angel collection.

Furthermore, Reef Angel is the first supported hardware, but not the last. We aim to follow our vision and integrate with as many peripherals as we can.
